There are several ways you can help.
Puddledock Press Office
You can help by donating funds or supplies to help us develop our office and preserve our past records and develop our future papers.
We need equipment and supplies to help organize and run the office:
- updated computer and monitor
- frames for old pictures
- copy paper
- filing cabinet
- organizational office supplies (file folders, hanging files, envelopes, etc)
Puddledock Press Staff
We need volunteers to help design and deliver the paper in the following ways:
- collect information for the paper
- write articles to be published
- writing a dedicated monthly column
- Representing your organization with monthly news
- design advertisements
- helping with layout of the paper
- speak with businesses and organizations about advertising
- deliver the paper to distribution locations
- check and replenish papers if necessary
- help with mailing subscriptions
- maintain / update the calendar
- help with the website
If you have any supplies or equipment you are willing to donate, please contact the office via phone or email and let us know what you have.
Donations can be mailed directly to the Puddledock Office at the Recreation Center.
